This website is operated by Breezewell Engineering, Nagpur. By using it you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Services

Breezewell Engineering is an authorized sales and service dealer for Daikin and Voltas and a turnkey HVAC contractor. Manufacturer warranties and specifications follow the respective manufacturer's policies. Installation, maintenance and AMC services are provided per the contract signed with the client.

3. Quotations & Pricing

  • Site visits and preliminary heat-load calculations do not constitute a binding contract.
  • Quotations are valid for 15 days from issue unless stated otherwise.
  • Spare-part prices are subject to availability and market rates.

4. AMC Contracts

AMC scope is governed by the signed contract. Standard contracts cover preventive maintenance and routine cleaning; gas charging and component replacement may be chargeable depending on warranty status.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra.
